Description

Trafalgar Cottage is an early 19th century villa located on Georgette Place. It is a two-storey building with a basement and originally had three windows. The roof is low-pitched and covered in slate, with an eaves soffit. The walls are of multicoloured stock brick, with the basement stuccoed. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars and stucco sills. The window on the first floor in the centre has been blocked. The ground floor windows have gauged brick round arches with stucco impost blocks. The central door is half-glazed and is set within a trellis porch, which has been subject to modern repairs but has the potential to be restored. The door is topped with a patterned fanlight.
