Description
No. 14 Luton Place is a building from the second quarter of the 19th century. It has three storeys and a basement, with two windows on the front. The exterior is finished in stucco and features a frieze, cornice, and a blocking course that conceals the roof. The recessed sash windows have plain reveals and glazing bars. The ground floor window has a console bracketed cornice. There are three steps leading up to the entrance door, which has six beaded panels, a cornice head, and a patterned semicircular fanlight set in a round arched recess. A cast iron handrail is present, along with wrought iron area railings that have alternating long and short spearhead standards.
