2. Mid C19 house. Main front on return to Chevening Road. 2 storeys, 3 windows. Hipped, slate roof, of moderately low pitch, has stone modillioned eaves soffit. Yellow stock brick, with stone rusticated, alternate block quoins, 1st floor cill string, ground floor cill band. Ashlar below this band. Stone plinth with moulded coping. Gauged, flat brick arches to 1st floor sash windows in stone architraves with frieze and cornice. Similar surround, and scrolled cornice brackets, to door with cornice head and rectangular fanlight. Long, 1-storey south extension, with rusticated stone pilasters, cornice and blocking course. 1-bay front to Woolwich Road has door in moulded stone architrave. 3 steps down to covered loggia, with 2 Doric columns, open at East side and reaching to entrance gateway. Tall, rebuilt brick chimney with stone cornice and round arched link.
