No. 18 Woolwich Road is a mid-19th century house located on the south side of Woolwich Road, with its main front facing Chevening Road. The building is two stories tall and features three windows. It has a hipped slate roof with a moderately low pitch and stone modillioned eaves soffit. The exterior is constructed of yellow stock brick, accented with stone rusticated, alternate block quoins, a first-floor cill string, and a ground-floor cill band. Below this band is an ashlar stone plinth with moulded coping. The first-floor sash windows are topped with gauged, flat brick arches set in stone architraves that include a frieze and cornice. The entrance door has a similar stone surround and is adorned with scrolled cornice brackets, a cornice head, and a rectangular fanlight.

There is a long, one-story south extension featuring rusticated stone pilasters, a cornice, and a blocking course. The front facing Woolwich Road has a door set in a moulded stone architrave, with three steps leading down to a covered loggia supported by two Doric columns, which is open on the east side and extends to the entrance gateway. A tall, rebuilt brick chimney with a stone cornice and a round arched link completes the structure.
