No. 2 The Avenue is a house built around 1876 by architect E W Godwin. It features red brick construction with tiled roofs and has two storeys plus an attic. The front of the house includes a single-storey bay, while the side elevation showcases a three-storey gabled bay. There is also a low wing at the rear. This property is notable for being one of the first houses constructed in Bedford Park and was designed by the estate's first architect.
