Description

Nos 3 to 5 Palace Grove is a terrace of houses built around 1860. The buildings are two storeys high with attics and are finished in stucco. Each house features a projecting gable with a round-headed window in the attic and two sash windows on the other floors. Additionally, there is one other sash window on each property that has vertical glazing bars only. The ground floors include a canted bay window for each house and a doorcase that is adorned with a cornice and pilasters. This terrace is recognized for its group value.
