Description

These are two early 18th-century cottages located at numbers 47 and 55 on The Burroughs in Hendon. They originally formed the end units of a row of three, two-story cottages with gabled ends. The cottage at the western end has been stuccoed. Number 55 now includes a single-story shop addition. Numbers 49 to 53 are modern rebuilds.
