Description

The Tea House is a two-storey building designed in a "Dutch" style. It features three recessed windows and a hipped roof at the center. The ground floor has a recess filled with a three-bay glazed feature that has a flat roof. The first floor includes camber-headed lead light casements and three steep-pitched hipped dormers above. There are projecting wings at each end, each with steep-pitched gables that have tile creasing and brick-on-edge coping. Each gable has a four-light casement on the ground floor and a three-light casement on the first floor.
