Description

A pair of houses built in 1828, located on Maida Vale. The houses are constructed of yellow brick with a Welsh slate roof extending to the eaves. They are two storeys high with a basement. Each house is three windows wide; the inner bays of the pair project slightly forward, whereas the outer bays are set back, with round-headed entrances accessed by steps, and later porches. The panelled doors are square, and the windows are sash with glazing bars to most. Wrought iron balconies are positioned in the centre of the first and second floors of each house. The roof is hipped, with a central stack on the party wall.
