Description

TQ 2780 NE CITY OF WESTMINSTER DUNRAVEN STREET Wl 67/14 14.1.70 No. 23 (Including No. 130 Park Lane) G.V. II Terrace house with west elevation to Park Lane. 1758 origin; alterations in mid and late C19 and in an Italianate manner by Trollope and Colls in 1907-8. Stucco faced, slate roof. 4 storeys, basement and dormered mansard. 3 windows wide. Channelled ground floor has Italianate Ionic columned porch to left. Recessed sashes, with glazing bars; eared architraves to upper floors, those on 1st floor with friezes and cornices, and blind balustrades between dies. Sill courses and cornice over 2nd floor. To Park Lane a full height canted bay, with segmental bowed front to 1st and 2nd floors, the windows on these two latter with tripartite glazing bar sashes in architraves and with cast iron balconette; main cornice over 2nd floor - partly Trollope and Colls with earlier C.19 work.
