Description

No. 20 Dunraven Street is a terrace house located in the City of Westminster, dating from around 1758, with late 19th-century alterations. The building is faced with stucco and has a slate roof. It stands five storeys tall, with a basement, and the top two floors were added around 1876. The façade is three windows wide, with the entrance positioned to the left, featuring a late 19th-century carved stone doorcase. The windows are recessed sash types without glazing bars, and there are plat bands on the first and third floors, along with a bracketed main cornice. A three-window canted stuccoed bay faces Park Lane, adorned with cornices between the storeys and a balustraded parapet with coping. The second floor has architraved windows with a central pediment, while the first floor features a later 19th-century verandah.
