Detached villa. c1830-40 Portland Estate St John's Wood villa development. Stucco with channelled basement; slate roof. Italianate-Grecian. 2 storeys on semi-basement. 4 windows wide. Flight of steps to left up to square console-corniced and architraved doorway with panelled door and margin glazed fanlight. Recessed margin glazed sashes, in moulded architraves with cornices on consoles to ground floor. Doric order of pilasters rising from semi-basement to frieze beneath flat eaves of low pitched hipped roof; flanking corniced chimney stacks. Windows have cast iron geometric patterned guards. Similar villa type to the adjoining Eyre Estate.
