The building features a stucco exterior with a channelled basement and a slate roof. The entrance is located on the return to Woronzow Road. It showcases an Italianate-Grecian style and consists of two storeys above a semi-basement. The villa is three windows wide, with a three-window return that includes the entrance. The porch has been altered. The windows are recessed sashes with margin glazing, set within moulded architraves that have cornices on consoles at the ground floor. There are enriched pilasters that rise from a plat band above the semi-basement to a frieze beneath the flat eaves of the low-pitched hipped roof, which is flanked by corniced chimney stacks. The return features similar architectural details. This villa type is comparable to the adjoining Eyre Estate.
