Description

No. 5 Pickering Place is a terraced house built around 1731-32. It features a rendered front and a slate roof, standing three storeys tall with a basement. The house is three windows wide, with a doorway located to the right, framed by a wooden architrave case topped with a bracketed cornice hood. The first floor has recessed sash windows without glazing bars, which have segmental heads. Additionally, there are wrought iron area railings. This property is noted in the Survey of London, volume XXIX.
