Description

Lamp standard numbered 7, located on the island adjacent to the statue of Charles I, dates from around 1880. It is made of cast iron and features an ornate design. The base is bell-shaped and decorated with griffins, topped by an urn that supports a group of three putti holding festoons. This forms the base of the shaft, which carries three lamps on curved brackets adorned with scroll ornamentation.
