Description
This is a row of four houses located on the south side of Lower Grosvenor Place in the City of Westminster, dating to approximately 1840. The houses are constructed of stucco, with a hidden roof. They are four storeys high, with each house originally featuring two windows across the front. The ground floor has been altered with 20th-century shops, notably at number 3. Iron balconies are present on the first floor, and the first-floor windows have architraves. A dentil cornice runs above the fourth floor. The buildings were designed as part of the layout for Victoria Square.
