Description
The Statuary Group of the Burghers of Calais is a significant sculptural work located in Victoria Tower Gardens, Millbank, City of Westminster. Erected in 1915 and created by the sculptor Auguste Rodin, this bronze group of figures is set on a stone pedestal. The pedestal has been resited and its height reduced in accordance with Rodin's principles.
