Description
No. 30 Gerrard Street is a terrace house that was rebuilt around 1778. It features stock brick construction with a stuccoed ground floor. The building has three storeys, a basement, and a mid-20th century rebuilt attic. It is three windows wide. The doorway is located to the right and has a wooden doorcase with pilasters and consoles that support a broken pediment and a dentil cornice. This frames a panelled door and a decorated radial fanlight. The windows are recessed glazing bar sashes, with those on the upper floors situated under flat gauged brick arches. A stone dentil cornice is present above the second floor, and there is a sill band on the first floor.
