Description
A pair of houses dating from the mid-19th century, located on Grosvenor Crescent. The houses are constructed of stucco and have a lead mansard roof. Number 16 is three windows wide, while number 17 has three bays, set slightly back. Both houses feature projecting porches. The ground floor is treated with channelled detailing. The windows are square-headed, with a mix of sash and casement styles and some small panes of glass. Rusticated quoins are also present. The buildings are included on the list primarily for their contribution to the group value of Nos 1 to 10 on Grosvenor Crescent.
