Description

This is a row of early 19th-century houses located on the north side of Grosvenor Road in the City of Westminster. The buildings are constructed of stucco with slate mansard roofs. They are two storeys high, with a half basement and attic, and each house has a width of two windows. Each property features a round-headed entrance with a panelled door. The windows have square heads, architraves, and sash windows, largely with plate glass. Nos. 106 and 109 have French casements to the ground floor. A continuous wrought iron balcony runs along the ground floor, supported by decorative wrought ironwork and sheltering beneath a tented canopy. The buildings are finished with a cornice and a parapet. Curved steps, with simple wrought iron railings, lead up to the balcony.
