Description
No 105 Grosvenor Road is a terraced house built in the early to mid 19th century. It is constructed of stucco and has three storeys with three windows across its façade. The entrance is square-headed and located just off centre, with a slightly projecting single storey block to the right that features a planked garage door and a balcony above. To the left on the ground floor, there is a canted bay window. The first floor has a wrought iron balcony supported by cast iron filigree, which features a tented ogee canopied roof with a projecting glazed portion over the right-hand block. The windows are square-headed and architraved, with sash windows on the upper floor and casements below, all fitted with plate glass. The building is topped with a dentil cornice and a parapet, and there are chimney stacks on each side, also adorned with dentil cornices.
