Description

This is an early 19th-century house located on Hamilton Terrace in London. It is constructed of yellow-brown brick with stucco dressings, and has two storeys and a basement, originally with three bays, later extended by one bay to the right. A flight of steps leads to the central front door, which is set within a round-arched entrance featuring a fanlight. Round-arched recesses, each containing a round-arched sash window and bordered by a stucco impost band, flank the door. Gauged brick arches are visible above the windows. The upper floor also has sash windows with gauged brick arches. A stucco cornice runs along the top of the building. The house is listed primarily for its contribution to the group value of Hamilton Terrace.
