Description

This is an early 19th century terrace of three buildings, numbered 37, 39, and 41 Lower Richmond Road. The buildings are constructed of yellow stock brick with a pantile roof. They share a simple architectural style characterized by bracketed hoods over the doors and windows with cambered arches. Number 37 is one window wide and includes an addition that houses the entrance. Number 39 is three windows wide and has a blind window above the central entrance. Number 41 is one window wide with its entrance set to the left. This group value reflects the terrace's well-preserved character and contribution to the streetscape.
