Description

Putney Bridge is a bridge built in 1884 by Bazalgette. It is constructed from grey granite and features five segmental arches made of channeled masonry. The bridge has plain buttresses above cut-waters, a bold cornice, and a plain solid parapet. There are three-light standards located centrally above each arch. The southern half of the bridge is situated in the London Borough of Wandsworth.
