Description

This is an early 19th century terrace of six buildings located on the south side of Commercial Road, E14. The buildings are constructed of stock brick with a stucco band, cornice, and blocking course. They have a slate mansard roof. Each building is three storeys high with dormers and a basement. They each have two windows, with painted reveals, and sash windows with glazing bars above the ground floor. The ground floor windows are round-headed and set within arched recesses. The ground floor of number 584 has a rusticated treatment. An iron balcony runs along the first floor of numbers 582 to 586. The doorways are round-headed with fanlights and fluted pilasters.
