Description
28 to 31 Rhondda Grove is a pair of early 19th-century houses located on the east side of Rhondda Grove. They are built from yellow brick and feature a band at the first-floor sill height. The houses have a slate roof with wide projecting eaves supported by coupled wooden brackets. They are two storeys tall with basements and have two windows, each with gauged flat arches. The windows are recessed sashes, most of which have glazing bars. The majority of the houses also have fluted pilasters on the altered door frames, which are topped with semi-circular headed fanlights. These houses, along with Nos 6 to 11 and Nos 19 to 25, form a group that visually focuses on Holy Trinity Church on Morgan Street.
