Description

No 3 Aberavon Road is an early 19th-century building constructed of brick, featuring a stuccoed eaves cornice and a blocking course. It has a slate mansard roof and a stucco band at the first-floor sill level. The building is two storeys high with dormers and has three windows on the upper floor, which have rendered lintels and painted reveals. The ground floor includes a central round-headed doorway with fluted pilasters, flanked by round-headed windows. This property is part of a group of terraces that includes Nos 1 to 45 (odd) and Nos 2 to 34 (even).
