Description

No 23 Rhondda Grove is an early 19th-century building located on the east side of Rhondda Grove. It is constructed from yellow stock brick and features a band at the first-floor sill. The building has a slate roof with wide bracketed eaves and consists of two storeys and a basement. There are two sash windows on the façade. The entrance is accentuated by fluted Doric pilasters and a semi-circular fanlight above the door. This property is part of a group that includes Nos 6 to 11 (consecutive), Nos 19 to 25 (odd), and Nos 28 to 31 (consecutive), with the visual focus being Holy Trinity Church on Morgan Street.
