Description
Nos 13 to 31 on Aberavon Road, built in the early 19th century, form a terrace of brick houses with a stuccoed ground floor. The buildings feature a stucco band and an eaves cornice, with another stucco band at the first-floor sill height. The roof is not visible. The terrace consists of two storeys and has two windows on each house. The upper-storey windows are set in shallow recessed arches and have wrought iron balconies. The ground-floor windows and doors are round-headed, and all windows are sash with glazing bars. Notably, Nos 21 and 23 are slightly advanced from the rest of the terrace. This group of buildings is part of a larger collection of terraces on Aberavon Road.
