Description

This is a late 19th-century building of terraced houses located on Approach Road E2. The building is constructed of stock brick with a stucco band marking the blocking course. It comprises three storeys and basements, with two windows on each level. The windows are sash windows, each with a moulded stucco architrave; the first-floor windows have round-arched labels, while those on the top floor are segmental arched. Ground floor windows are bay windows with cornices above. The doorways are stuccoed, featuring tented cornices and round arches with vermiculated spandrels, and are accessed by steps.
