Description

The War Memorial, located on St Leonard's Road, was erected between 1914 and 1919. It features a figure of Christ blessing a soldier dressed in Roman costume, which stands atop a capped plinth and is enclosed by railings. This memorial is part of a group that includes St Michael's Church, St Leonards Arms Public House, and the surrounding numbered properties from 159 to 167 (odd) and 175 to 189 (odd).
