Includes: No.82 ST MARYCHURCH STREET. Grain warehouse, now film studios and picture research library. Late C18-early C19 (hopper heads dated 1796 and 1800 since removed) with extension of 4 bays to south of c1880, and C20 rebuild of south-west corner. Stock brick with red brick dressings to late C19 extension, hipped slate roof behind parapet. Corner rebuild of red brick with parapet and cornice. Running between Rotherhithe Street and St Marychurch Street; linked to Grice's Wharf No.119 Rotherhithe Street (qv) by a later gangway. EXTERIOR: Rotherhithe Street elevation of 3 storeys, 7 bays with curved return to west. 3 hatch ranks adapted as windows above, with openings to ground floor. Small 2-light windows with cambered arches. St Marychurch Street elevation of 10 bays, irregular camber-headed openings, hoist to 2nd-floor hatch in 3rd bay from left. INTERIOR: original internal structure divided by brick party walls into 3 units. Timber floors and posts, reinforced on ground floor with timber hanging knees. Queen post roof.
