Description

This detached house dates from approximately 1820 to 1825. It is a three-storey building of brick construction, topped with a parapet. The house has two bays. A round-arched doorway is located on the right-hand side, featuring a 20th-century door and a plain fanlight. The sash windows have glazing bars; the ground-floor window has a round head, while the upper-floor windows are flat-arched. The window surrounds are defined by gauged brickwork. The interior has not been inspected. Nos. 47-63 (odd) form a group of buildings with similar characteristics.
