Description

Hanover House is a house dating from circa 1824. It is constructed of brick with a stucco cornice and blocking course. The building is three storeys high with a basement, and comprises two bays. A square-headed entrance is located within a recessed porch on the right-hand side. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars. Ground floor windows are round-headed, set within round-arched recesses with aprons. Upper floor windows have flat, gauged-brick arches. Basement windows have segmental heads. The interior has not been inspected. Hanover House forms a group with numbers 47-63 (odd) on Cobourg Road.
