Description
Camberwell Business Centre, originally a perfume factory, is now used as offices and light industrial units. It was built in the early 19th century and features yellow brick construction with a moulded stucco cornice above a pediment that includes a Diocletian window in the tympanum. The building has four storeys and an attic, arranged in four bays. The windows are adorned with gauged brick arches and glazing bars; the ground floor windows are round-headed with radial glazing in the heads, while the upper windows are segmental-headed. The ground, first, and second-floor windows are set in giant, round-arched recesses that rest on the sills of the ground-floor windows. The interior has not been inspected. The property also includes cast-iron street railings as subsidiary features.
