Description
No. 323 Camberwell New Road is a house from the Regency period, built around 1820. It is constructed of brick in Flemish bond and features a mansard roof covered with slate. The building has three storeys above a high basement, with a one-window range facing Camberwell New Road and a three-window range on the east side, which is the current return but was formerly the main entrance. This side is finished in stucco and includes a shallow curving bay that extends to full height. The windows are segmental-arched, with those on the stuccoed side having architraves. An entablature runs along the parapet, and pilasters flank the bay. The interior has not been inspected.
