Description
Bryanston House is a detached house located at 99 Lomond Grove in Southwark, built in the early 19th century. The house is constructed of yellow brick, with the upper floor painted, and features a hipped slate roof with deep eaves. It has two storeys and a basement, with three bays. The ground-floor openings are round-headed and set in round-arched recesses. There are steps leading up to the entrance door, which is flanked by fluted quarter columns, topped with a cornice head and a fanlight. The first-floor sash windows, which have glazing bars, are set beneath gauged brick segmental arches, although these have been repaired, and there is a stucco sill band. The interior has not been inspected. Additionally, there are cast-iron street railings with urn finials at intervals surrounding the property.
