A watch house dating from the early 19th century, located in St Mary's Churchyard (Recreation Ground) in Southwark. The building is constructed of stucco, with a low-pitched slate roof. It has a polygonal plan, with its longest side facing the street. A central timber doorcase featuring console brackets supporting an entablature provides access, and a block pediment above rises through the moulded eaves, supporting an overhanging iron sign bracket.
