Warehouse. Late C19. Brick. Gothic Revival style. Principal elevation facing east; 4 storeys, 5-window range. Symmetrical about hoist bay set in segmental-arched, full-height recess; hoist itself mounted on Gothic colonnette. Flat-arched openings to ground floor, entrance to right set in segmental-arched recess. All segmental arches banded with stone imposts. Brick dentil cornice and broad stone sill band to 1st floor results in the ground floor appearing as "base" to upper arched floors, which are articulated by piers; machicolated capitals. All windows are 2-light with jambs treated as pilasters with bell capitals. Curved and rebated corner to left, to return of 3 bays defined by giant pilasters, in the centre of which another hoist crane on a thin Gothic colonnette. INTERIOR: not inspected. Included for group value with the other C19 industrial buildings in Leathermarket Yard, Weston Street.
