Description
This detached villa was built around 1842. It is constructed of yellow brick with a low-pitched, hipped slate roof featuring a deep eaves cornice and later red ridge tiles. The house has two storeys and a basement, with a three-bay facade. A stucco porch in the style of a prostyle Doric temple features a frieze, mutule cornice, and blocking course. The windows are sash windows with flat, gauged-brick arches. Ground-floor windows are tripartite (three-part), while those on the first floor have margin lights. A brick string course runs horizontally between the floors. The interior has not been inspected. Number 93 is part of a group with numbers 93-97 (odd).
