Mausoleum of Lieutenant Colonel William Haywood, architect of the cemetery, died 1889. Ragstone with ashlar dressings. Leaded pitched roof. Gabled Gothic single storeyed building, one bay wide. Pointed entrance arch. Solid tympanum bearing inscription. Original wrought iron gates. Side walls panelled with inscriptions. Corner pinnacles bearing monster gargoyles. Shelf to rear interior with male and female busts. The inscription states that Haywood was cremated at Woking Cemetery. (This was two years after the first official cremation). Situated along the main avenue to the north-east of the main gates.
