Description
Number 33 Albury Street is an early 18th-century building that was rebuilt in the early 19th century. It has two storeys and a sunk basement, featuring two windows. The exterior is made of multicoloured stock brick with a parapet. The recessed sash windows have red brick arches and glazing bars. The entrance door consists of ten fielded panels set within a moulded architrave. The pilasters and pulvinated frieze are the only remaining parts of the original doorcase, as the rest has been removed for safekeeping and is set to be restored by the Greater London Council. Numbers 13 to 45 (odd) on Albury Street form a group with this building.
