Description
This is an early 19th-century two-storey, two-window house, although its overall shape is characteristic of the 18th century. The lower portion is built of pinkish brick, while the upper portion is of stock brick. The front facade is rendered with stucco and features incised lines, a cornice, and a blocking course. The first floor has sash windows with delicate glazing bars set within near-flush, segment-headed frames, later framed by moulded architraves. On the ground floor, a mid-19th century shop front is located on the left, and a six-panel door with a reeded head and rectangular fanlight is on the right.
