Description

These are a pair of mid-19th century townhouses, numbers 110 and 112, on Fentiman Road. They are each three storeys high and originally had two windows in the main block, with a full-height recessed entrance bay. Number 110 has had a later bay added to the right, and number 112 has extended its entrance bay with two further bays, matching the original style and containing carriage doors. The facades are stuccoed with incised lines, and the ground floor is banded and rusticated. They feature a frieze, a dentil cornice, and a blocking course. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars; those on the first floor have eared moulded architraves, and a cast iron balcony with an anthemion pattern extends across the main block. The doors consist of two long panels, a cornice head, and a plain fanlight.
