Description
The wall along the western boundary of St Thomas' Hospital, located on Albert Embankment, dates from the mid to late 19th century. It is constructed of Portland stone and features a very high roll-moulded plinth, flat buttresses, and a cornice. The wall ramps up at the south end to a tall, rusticated pier, and there is a pedimented entrance arch on the north return.
