Description
The forecourt walls, piers, and railings to the Roman Catholic Church of Corpus Christi date from the late 19th century. The low stone wall is punctuated by tall cast iron railings featuring decorative spearhead standards and urn finials at intervals, along with iron piers. There are short brick wall sections at either end of the stone wall, separated by a stone pier. Stone coping defines the side walls, which are constructed of stock brick.
