Description
95 Brixton Hill is a late 18th-century, two-storey cottage with three windows. It is built of multi-coloured stock brick, featuring finely-gauged red brick window arches. The roof is hipped and covered with pantiles, set at a moderate pitch. The centre bay slightly projects from the main facade. The original sash windows have been replaced but still include glazing bars. There is possibly a later central projecting porch made of stucco, which has round-arched openings with moulded architraves and an impost band. The cottage is concealed from the street by a shop added in front, which is not of special interest.
