House. Circa 1876 in Flemish style. Five storeys and basement. Three windows with 2 windows in gable. Yellow stock brick with red brick dressings. Slated mansard roof. Shaped gable with 1876 in stone cartouche. Brick dentil cornice carried by flanking pilasters rising full height of building. Gauged flat brick arches to recessed sash windows with brick aprons and first floor segmental pediments. Second floor central window with pediment and cartouche over, inscribed HP. Continuous bracketted wrought iron balcony at first floor level. Blocked doorway with bracketted pedimented door hood. Cast iron railing.
