Description

This is a mid-18th century pair of houses located on Kensington Square. They are three stories tall with attics, and each has three windows. Number 43 is built of brown brick with red brick window arches, while Number 44 is stuccoed. Both houses have well-preserved doorcases with entablatures resting on consoles above substantial rusticated key blocks. The door surrounds are moulded, and each features a fanlight above a panelled door. A double wrought iron garden gate is also present.
