Description

This is a late 19th-century house built in the Flemish style, located on Kensington Square. It is a two-window house, three storeys high with a basement and features Dutch dormer gables. The exterior is brick with a balustraded parapet and a brick cornice. The windows are square-headed with moulded architraves; the first-floor windows have broken pediments, and the second-floor window has a wrought iron balcony. A continuous wrought iron balcony runs along the first floor. A projecting ground floor window is flanked by pilasters. The round-arched doorway is also flanked by pilasters supporting a cornice and has panelled reveals, a fanlight, and a panelled door.
