Description

This is an early 18th-century house on Kensington Square. It is one of a pair with number 17. The house is stuccoed and arranged over three storeys and an attic, with a three-window front. It has moulded window surrounds and a band at the first floor. A plaque commemorates that the philosopher John Stuart Mill lived at the house from 1837 to 1851.
